1.Will someone pick me up when I land at the Paro International Airport?
- Yes. One of our professional English speaking guides will receive you at the Airport.
2. What kind of transportation do I get?
- For a single traveler, we provide SUVs (Toyota Prado, Hyundai Santa Fee and Hyundai Tucson)
- For two or more travelers, we provide a small mini bus (Toyota Hiace)
- For ten or more travelers, we will provide a Coaster Bus (Toyota Coaster)
3. What kind of guiding service do I get?
- Your professional guide will be with you at all times through out your trip. If you have any questions on anything about Bhutan, he will be more than happy to answer them.
4. What about the meal timings?
- You will be provided three meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). We are very flexible with your meals timings. So you need not worry.
5. What about the dress code?
- When you visit Monasteries, Temples and Dzongs (Administrative Centers) please make it a point not to wear short shorts and short sleeve shirts. Apart from these places you can wear anything you like. If you are a person who does not like being look on so much, it is always advisable not to wear something which exposes your skin so much.
6. Do I have to bring ear plugs?
- Not so necessary. Dogs in most of the towns are no more seen. They are kept in a Dog ponds far away from the towns.
7. Do I have to bring medicines?
- Yes if you are on medication. Or else the health services here can help you out.
8. Are Bhutanese people friendly?
- There are a bunch of smiling people. Where ever you go or who ever you meet, you will always be accepted as one of them.
9. Do I have worry if I take a walk around the town on my own?
- No. Bhutan can be the safest place for visitors.
10. Can I change U.S Dollars in Bhutan?
- Yes. We will take you to the bank where you can change as much as you want. Apart from banks we can find some Handicraft shops where you can buy souvenirs with U.S dollars.
11. Should I feel bad for keeping my guide and driver waiting for me at times?
- No. This is a part of their job. They will never mind for sure.
12. Are there Pubs in Bhutan?
- Yes. All the major towns have pubs. If you need a friend to accompany you, please feel free to ask your guide to come along with you.
13. Do I worry about shop keepers cheating on me?
- Yes at times. Please let your guide do the talking.
14. Do I have access to internet?
- Yes. The hotel or the resort you are staying in should have a broadband connection. Or else you can find an internet café in town.
